Subscription Policy

Refundable Charges:

  1. Only if a subscription was purchased but not added due to a technical glitch then refund will be considered.
  2. Refunds will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours of request.
  3. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to the respective accounts within 24 to 72 hours.

Non-Refundable Charges:

  1. General Policy: All charges for subscriptions with Payzo are non-refundable. Once a subscription fee is paid, it cannot be refunded, regardless of whether the subscription is used partially or in full.
  2. Partial Usage: No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period. This policy applies to both ongoing and canceled subscriptions.
