PAYZO – Vendor Terms, Privacy, Refund & Account Deletion Policies
1. PAYZO VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Vendor on the Payzo platform (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), Payzo’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in India.
1.2 Definitions
Payzo: The tech platform operated by Bissi Yaazi Technologies Private Limited.
Vendor: Any restaurant, store, or service provider registered on the Payzo Vendor App.
User: Any customer using the Payzo User App to discover discounts/offers, make payments, or place takeaway orders.
Payzo Cash: Cashback credited to a user’s Payzo wallet, redeemable on future eligible transactions.
1.3 Vendor Registration & Responsibilities
Vendors must provide accurate business details, bank account details, FSSAI license (if applicable) and contact information during registration.
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, pricing, availability, and fulfillment of products and services offered through Payzo.
Vendors must ensure that all offers, discounts, and takeaway listings displayed on Payzo are accurate and honored at the store.
Vendors shall maintain professional conduct and provide timely support to Payzo users during payment, pickup, and cancellation processes.
1.4 In-Store Purchase Terms
Vendors may create and publish offers or discounts through the Payzo Vendor App.
Users visiting the Vendor’s store may avail such offers only by completing payment through the Payzo app.
Eligible discounts are credited to the user as Payzo Cashback and are not refundable as cash to the user.
Vendors must accept Payzo payments for all valid in-store transactions.
Payzo reserves the right to suspend or remove misleading or non-compliant discounts/offers at its sole discretion.
1.5 Takeaway Order Terms
Vendors may list takeaway products at special (lower) prices for Payzo users that may differ from in-store pricing.
Users place and pay for takeaway orders through the Payzo user app in advance.
Vendors must prepare the order for pickup within the displayed or agreed timeframe.
Order pickup is validated through a Pickup OTP generated by the user app. Vendors must verify the OTP before handing over the order.
Order cancellations require a Cancellation OTP issued by the Vendor. Users may cancel only after receiving and entering the valid cancellation OTP.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring the correctness and availability of takeaway items listed on the platform.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, the Vendor must promptly initiate cancellation approval so the user can receive a refund as per Payzo’s Refund Policy.
1.6 Streaks & Reward Program
Payzo may provide additional cashback to users based on transaction streaks (e.g., every 25th streak transaction).
Such rewards are funded and administered by Payzo unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Vendors are not liable for Payzo-funded promotional rewards unless separately agreed in writing.
Payzo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue streak and reward programs at any time.
1.7 Payments & Settlements
Payments collected through Payzo on behalf of Vendors shall be settled to the Vendor’s registered bank account as per the settlement cycle communicated by Payzo.
Payzo may deduct applicable platform fees, promotional contributions, taxes, chargebacks, or penalties before settlement.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all tax obligations arising from their sales through Payzo.
1.8 Prohibited Activities
Vendors shall not:
- Post false or misleading discounts/offers or prices.
- Refuse valid Payzo transactions after displaying offers on the platform.
- Misuse user data obtained through Payzo.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions, fake orders, or cashback abuse.
- Use Payzo branding without authorization.
1.9 Suspension & Termination
Payzo may suspend or terminate a Vendor account for:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Repeated customer complaints.
- Failure to fulfill orders or honor offers.
- Legal or regulatory concerns.
1.10 Limitation of Liability
Payzo acts as a technology platform facilitating discovery, payments, cashback, and takeaway ordering. Payzo is not responsible for:
- Quality or safety of products/services provided by Vendors.
- Delays in order preparation or pickup.
- Disputes arising directly between Users and Vendors regarding product quality or service.
